We have recently enrolled with a new accounting service. Remote Accounting Solutions, or RAS, will greatly enhance our ability to support our clients in your day to day financial operations.

First, the RAS Tool transfers your accounting data to our office with a single mouse click. No more rejected emails, CDs, or memory sticks. No more hassles, lost data or wasted time.

In addition, the RAS Tool includes 2-way screen sharing that will allow us to actually see each other's desktops allowing us to communicate much more effectively when you have questions or concerns about your books or accounting program.

There is no software to learn and no additional hardware to purchase.

Once installed, you will be charged $20/month for unlimited use during that calendar month. If you don't use the service in any month, there is no charge. We believe it will save us a considerable amount of time in supporting you and your system.
