Marriotts Ltd offers graduates career opportunities in our Audit and Assurance and Business Advisory divisions.

Being a mid-tier firm, our graduates work on a diverse range of clientele and industries while gaining exposure to various disciplines such as taxation, accounting, auditing, financial reporting, superannuation, insolvency and information technology.

Performance appraisals are conducted every six months to recognise employees for their individual performance. More importantly, performance appraisals also provide an opportune time to discuss career development and how we can better assist employees achieve their career goals.

Marriotts is an Approved Training Organisation and we encourage all our graduates to attain the requirements of the NZICA. Our graduates receive support by providing an in-house mentor scheme, training and a policy that includes financial assistance and paid time off for study and sitting exams.
