Marriotts is proud of the atmosphere created within the firm and that our workplace is full of energetic, talented and enthusiastic employees. We go to great lengths to ensure our employees find work enjoyable and that they have a good work-life balance - that is time to work, study, and importantly, play.

Marriotts social calendar is eventful and always full! We have a social committee that works hard to organise all the events throughout the year. A normal year would have at least 10 social events pencilled in. We also hold drinks on a Friday night to help unwind into the weekend.

Marriotts takes its sport seriously. Our team are involved in sports such as touch footy, social cricket games, we run in the City to Surf and also participate in the numerous sporting or sponsored events organised throughout the year.

Another bonus is that Marriotts is located in the heart of the CBD. For the fitness minded we are 2 minutes from Hagley Park and have showers at the office. We are also in close proximity to bars, restaurants, the Botanic Gardens, the shops and transport. A real plus is the free car parking in and around the local streets.

One of the high lights of the year is the Marriotts Fun Day. Staff are taken off site to complete an activity. Two years ago it was white water rafting, last year it was Adrenaline Forest.
